【摘要】:TheAPIMPMSChapter11.1-2004/AdjuncttoIP200/04/AdjuncttoASTMD1250-04(ADJD1250CD)fortemperatureandpressurevolumecorrectionfactorsforgeneralizedcrudeoils,refinedproducts,andlubricatingoils,providesthealgorithmandimplementationprocedureforthecorrectionoftemperatureandpressureeffectsondensityandvolumeofliquidhydrocarbons.Naturalgasliquids(NGLs)andliquefiedpetroleumgases(LPGs)areexcludedfromconsideration.Thecombinationofdensityandvolumecorrectionfactorsforbothtemperatureandpressureiscollectivelyreferredtointhestandard/adjunct(s)asaCorrectionforTemperatureandPressureofaLiquid(CTPL).ThetemperatureportionofthiscorrectionistermedtheCorrectionfortheeffectofTemperatureonLiquid(CTL),alsohistoricallyknownasVCF(VolumeCorrectionFactor).ThepressureportionistermedtheCorrectionfortheeffectofPressureonLiquid(CPL).Asthisstandardwillbeappliedtoavarietyofapplications,theoutputparametersspecifiedinthisstandard/adjunct(s)(CTL,Fp,CPL,andCTPL)maybeusedasspecifiedinotherstandards.IncludingthepressurecorrectioninAPIMPMSChapter11.1-2004/AdjuncttoIP200/04/AdjuncttoASTMD1250-04(ADJD1250CD)representsanimportantchangefromthe"temperatureonly"correctionfactorsgiveninthe1980PetroleumMeasurementTables.However,ifthepressureisoneatmosphere(thestandardpressure)thenthereisnopressurecorrectionandthestandard/adjunct(s)willgiveCTLvaluesconsistentwiththe1980PetroleumMeasurementTables.APIMPMSChapter11.1-2004/AdjuncttoIP200/04/AdjuncttoASTMD1250-04(ADJD1250CD)coversgeneralproceduresfortheconversionofinputdatatogenerateCTL,Fp,CPL,andCTPLvaluesattheuserspecifiedbasetemperatureandpressure(Tb,Pb).Twosetsofproceduresareincludedforcomputingvolumecorrectionfactor:onesetfordataexpressedincustomaryunits(temperatureinF,pressureinpsig);theotherforthemetricsystemofunits(temperatureinC,pressureinkPaorbar).Incontrasttothe1980PetroleumMeasurementTables,themetricproceduresrequiretheprocedureforcustomaryunitsbeusedfirsttocomputedensityat60?F.Thisvalueisthenfurthercorrectedtogivethemetricoutput.Themetricproceduresnowincorporatethebasetemperatureof20?Cinadditionto15?C.Theproceduresrecognizethreedistinctcommoditygroups:crudeoil,refinedproducts,andlubricatingoils.Aprocedureisalsoprovidedfordeterminingvolumecorrectionforspecialapplicationswherethegeneralizedcommoditygroups'parametersmaynotadequatelyrepresentthethermalexpansionpropertiesoftheliquidandaprecisethermalexpansioncoefficienthasbeendeterminedbyexperiment.
